Im not very good in English language, so some times I will use Hindi and some times English. My main intention is to give you the message about this Cheater company Dreamz Infra.
What is Dreamz Infra?
Dreamz Infra is a FAKE real Estate company in Bangalore which claims to sell flats at lowest cost.
How does Dreamz Infra company runs business?
They buy acres of land from land owners. Then they pay some part payment to land owners. Then they pay and pay monthly for a few months. 5 lacs / month. then 20 lakhs a month, then 15 lakhs a month to land owners. Total land cost will be 2-5 crores.
Uske baad, jab land owners aate hai paisa lene, unko kutte ki tarah treate karte hai yeh Dreamz ke employees and the owners.
They sit for 2-3 days just to meet the owner of the company. When they meet, the owner tells them "sorry", paisa nahi hai, arrange nahi ho paya. Jo paisa pay kiya hai woh waapis de do aur apne land ke papers wapis le lo. Kya kameeni strategy hai land owners ko phasaneka.
Land owner has 2 options.
1) Pay the money back and take the land papers back
2) File a case, jiska nuksaan land owner ka hi hoga. Dreamz ko kuch farak nahi padega because they have paid only 2o lacs to 30 lacs for a 3-5 crore land.
3) Baad me 2-3 years ke baad court me bolenge ki theek hai, we will pay the money and complete the sale.
4) 2-3 years ke baad land ka value 20% - 40% increase hota hai and this guy takes it in just 2 crores.
They also pose themselves as Dreamz Gk. Lot of people have either lost money or their money is blocked. They have no top level management. No credible people.
First Dreamz Infra cheats the innocent land owners and gets their land. Puts their board of project and start advertising.
Na land registration hota hai na kuch. Bas aise hi booking shuru karte hai.
They cheat people openly!
